Thanks Ranjan. I lived that for years of being on and off sick. I didn’t know that cortisol was contributing as well. Stress is very bad for the body!

Thanks for your story and research. Excess porn can make anyone ill. Starting with sore throat and allergy like symptoms like sneezing runny / blocked nose and some digestive problems.
In my opinion watching excess pornography is a very stressful emotional act for our body and we know any type of emotional or physical stress can weaken our immune system. If stress hormone
like “cortisol” is constantly high in our bloodstream it actually shuts down the immune system.
If your immune system is not working properly then the activity of harmful bacteria, virus, fungi
( like candida ) increases. They can easily make you ill in different ways. Steady immune function
always suppress and controls these harmful virus, bacteria, fungi.
Immune system is like border security force, if the force is weak then foreign invaders can easily attack us but if the force is strong then invaders will be unable to do any harm.

Thanks for your story i too having been having the same problems start recently i said yesterday im done with all this xxx shit after about 14 years it has ruined my jobs, sexual satisfaction with my wife and not to mention feeling ill. IM DONE! 🙂
